How much is delivery?
Orders between £0 - £300 carry a £10 delivery charge.
Orders over £300 are delivered free of charge.
What time can I expect my delivery?
Our deliveries are by LCB (London City Bond). Simply pick a preferred delivery window via our website; All Day (9am and 5pm) AM (6am to 12) PM (12 until 6pm). The day before your delivery is due, you will receive a text with a 2 hour time slot.
In the unlikely event your delivery is delayed by more than 30 mins, the driver will contact you to agree an alternative time. We will also contact you via email and text message if you have provided a mobile number. Please ensure you have somebody available to receive your delivery as missed delivery slots may incur an additional transportation change. Should you have any new delivery restrictions please email us at [email protected] or call 0844 493000, and we'll note these on your account to manage your delivery.
What days do you deliver in my area?
We deliver across the UK. When you enter in your delivery address in the checkout, you will see a calendar with scheduled deliveries for your postcode. We also have a handy delivery checker located at the footer of the website.
I have delivery restrictions how should I notify these?
When you set up an account, we will make a note on your account of your delivery requirements for all deliveries. Should you have any delivery restrictions please email us on [email protected] .
How can I check Proof of Delivery
All our drivers carry terminals with your order and delivery details. The customer receiving the order is asked to sign for the delivery and note on any issues. In the rare event of any breakages these will automatically be credited back to your account. This signature and any notes are sent in real time to for your record. The POD will be sent to to the lead email address on you online account. Should you wish to have a POD for a prior delivery or set of deliveries our customer service team can provide these for you on request
