  • What makes you different from other wholesalers?

    Hopefully you would have seen that we have a very modern website and the basic principle is that you can do everything that you need online 24/7 at a time to suit you - just as you would on your favourite shopping websites. Our friendly colleagues are always here if you need any specialist advice. Essentially we do not have a fleet of sales people or large call centres and hence the savings are passed to you in simple and better prices.

  • Is there a minimum order value?

    Yes, there is a minimum order volume of 150 cases or 1 pallet, whichever is the lower.

  • How do I receive a copy of my invoice?

    You will be emailed a copy of your invoice. For an additional invoice copy, statement or for any questions email [email protected]

  • How many deliveries can I have in a week?

    You may order as frequently as you like (although it should be noted that some remote locations have restrictions).

  • How much is delivery?

    There is no delivery charge, it is included in your price.

  • What time can I expect my delivery?

    Our deliveries are normally by articulated lorry. Time slots are normally All Day between 9am and 5pm. You can request an AM slot (6am to 12) PM (12 until 6pm). Please ensure you have somebody available to receive your delivery. Missed delivery slots may incur an additional transportation change.   • What days do you deliver in my area?

    We delivery across the UK. When you enter in your delivery address in the checkout, you will see a calendar with scheduled deliveries for your postcode.

  • I have delivery restrictions how should I notify these?

    When you set up an account, we will do a site assessment and make a note on your account of your delivery requirements for all deliveries.
